Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a Lavole Court residence shortly before 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, where there was a report of the domestic incident in progress.

Police said that the investigation into the incident determined that Yorktown resident Lee Madoian, 49, was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, which is in violation of a duly served Order of Protection that had been issued by the Westchester County Family Court.

Madoian was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of second-degree criminal contempt. Following processing, Madoian was released on his own recognizance and issued a ticket to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on May 3 to answer the charge.
